Pork Char Siew

  • tried roasting char siew meat
  • not really a success yet, some minor adjustments required
  • will try again next week

Got balcony or not? or ask ur sifu in Lokthian send u a small 'Barrel' BBQ...u can start BBQ roast duck and char siu...heheh...Hey man, now you know why I want you to try package Lui Char and spread the love all over the world!!
